    I am trying to use the subscribe me plugin. It shows up on the plugins section and is activated. I see a note there about sem_subscribe_me();

    Do I need to add a command to one of the files? If so what and where please?

    With the plugin active, put <?php sem_subscribe_me(); ?> wherever you want the output of the plugin to appear.
