Subscribe in Header?

    The only way I can currently see to subscribe to posts is to comment on a post and then click the check-box asking if you want to subscribe. This feature is kind of amazing for something so hidden, once you subscribe, you get a full email post of every new article posted – this is exactly what I want, but I would rather people be able to fill this out from say the front page, like header link to “Subscribe” that could lead you to fill out the information to accomplish this.

    Anyway, I feel like this wouldn’t be impossible, but I can’t find the actual subscribe code anywhere. Anyone else tried this? Any pointers?

    This turned out to be an easy fix, all the functionality is controlled by JetPack. With JetPack and Subscriptions activated, I created a page, put that in the header menu, and the full content of the page is just:

    [jetpack_subscription_form]
