 * Hi,
 * We checked the issue on your website and found that it is not being caused by
   our plugin.
 * The AJAX request used to load the subscription form is being blocked on your
   site. Specifically, the following request is returning a **403 Forbidden** response:
 * `https://oldbookdepot.in/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php`
 * Since this request is blocked, the popup cannot load for visitors. It works when
   you’re logged in as an administrator because the request is allowed for logged-
   in users.
 * A **403 Forbidden** response is typically caused by server security rules, a
   firewall (such as ModSecurity), Cloudflare/WAF, or a security plugin blocking
   AJAX requests for non-logged-in users.
 * We recommend checking the following:
    - Any security plugins installed on your site.
    - Server firewall or ModSecurity rules.
    - Cloudflare or any Web Application Firewall (WAF) settings.
    - Server error logs to identify why the request is being blocked.
 * Once the `admin-ajax.php` request is allowed for guest users, the subscription
   form should load normally.
 * If your hosting provider can whitelist this AJAX request or identify what is
   blocking it, the issue should be resolved.
 * Thank you!
