 * hello.. I notice that the subscribe date is not working correctly.
    Is this a
   known issue? Where can I fix this issue? Thank you

 * Could you be more specific about what is not working? Are you talking about the
   date users subscribe is not correct?
 * If you have any screenshots or examples would be very helpful. Once we figure
   out what the problem is we will try to get it fixed.
