Subscribe menu item

    In the customizer, I’m able to add a subscribe menu item, however, it doesn’t open the modal when I click on it. When in the admin side, under appearance–>menus I don’t even see an option to add a subscribe menu item so I’m thinking this is not a supported feature. Is this even possible? If not is there a work around? Or maybe its on the roadmap?

    Thanks for reaching out!

    Yeah at this time it’s not possible to add a button to the navigation through the WordPress native “Appearance -> Menus” screen.

    If you use a page builder for the header, you might be able to add it via a shortcode.
    You can also try a plugin like the following –
    https://wordpress.org/plugins/shortcode-in-menus/

    We’ll look into adding that in the future.
