# Subscribe button error message

 * So when the user tries to subscribe and pressing the subscribe button, it shows
   an error message “Please try after some time” [http://prntscr.com/aqvf6v](http://prntscr.com/aqvf6v)
 * But here i can see that user tried to subscribe [http://prntscr.com/aqvhc1](http://prntscr.com/aqvhc1)
   
   but what this single op in status mean? i want it to be confirmed after the user
   press subscribe button

 * Are you using latest version of Email Subscribers (v3.1.2)? If not, then please
   update to latest version.
 * > but what this single op in status mean? i want it to be confirmed after the

 * Also, Single Opt-In, means subscribers do not need to confirm their email address
   i.e. your subscribers won’t receive any email with confirmation link & they are
   directly subscribed to the list.
