My Website is at StephanieTreasure.com and I installed the Genesis Enews extended plugin to work with Getresponse.

I used this tutorial: http://robinbirch.com/how-to-use-genesis-enews-extended-plugin-with-getresponse-2015/

And this one to make it horizontal: http://www.techinfoweb.com/best-solution-to-use-genesis-enews-extended-as-horizontal-optin-form

But my Subscribe / Go button does NOT show. You can check it here on my home page: StephanieTreasure.com

Most likely, there may be a theme issue that hiding it. There are some themes that will hide the submit button expecting user to hit enter to submit.
