 * (1) How can we position the Subscribe bar above the Comment input form? (front
   end)
 * (2) How can we add the option “Subscribe to new posts on this website” to the
   Subscribe bar? (front end)

 * 1. I’m sorry, but there is no such option, which allows to change subscription
   bar position.
 * 2. wpDiscuz allows you to subscribe to any follow up comments, but only for this
   post. wpDiscuz is not a subscription plugin and it doesn’t have general subscription
   functions. It’s only designed for comment box, which is post specific area.

 * 2. wpDiscuz is designed for comments. I suggest using the some subscription plugins.
