 * Hello, people who add their email addresses to the subscribe widget are not added
   to my Mailchimp contacts. If I add them myself through the Mailchimp website
   by adding contacts and then subscribers, it works. What’s the problem?
 * Regards?

 * Hi,
   Where can I test this form on your site? Do you see any error in the log
   on MC4WP > Other? Thanks for letting me know.

 * My site is [http://www.les-regards-de-rene.fr](http://www.les-regards-de-rene.fr)

   I don’t see any error messages from MC4WP.Note that initially, 3 or 4 years ago,
   it worked fine, but since several months now, subscribing via the Mailchimp widget
   hasn’t been working. On my Mailchimp account, the names of the subscribers are
   not in my contact list…

 * It seems some security software on your server (or possibly in your WordPress)
   is blocking the MC4WP form post, redirecting it to a security check – and once
   redirected it doesn’t re-post the form values but instead just makes a normal
   GET request.
   If you use a WordPress security plugin, first test with that plugin
   turned off, if that solved the issue you can contact that plugin provider for
   help with this, they will likely have a way to exclude the MC4WP form from their
   security rules. Or if it’s server security causing this (which is what I expect)
   ask your hosting provider for help with this issue. They should be able to help
   you solve that.
