Subpage will not load

    I have a contact page as a subpage. Suddenly it won’t load. I’ve upgraded the content (a plug in Contact Form 7), deactivated and reactivated, no luck. In the bar where you type the web address it keeps flashing between URL/contact and URL/about-contact. Then it gives up and gives this message:

    Too many redirects occurred trying to open “http://www.thepranamama.com/about/contact”. This might occur if you open a page that is redirected to open another page which then is redirected to open the original page.”

    my site is thepranamama.com and I’m using Safari for a browser.

    likely just need to resave your permalinks
    admin – settings – permalinks

    thanks – but just going there and hitting save did not change anything. what is the permalink structure supposed to be? i have it as custom now, and that was working fine before…?

    likely the internal rewrite rules have messed up – custom is fine

    try deleting the .htaccess in wordpress root and regenerate your custom permalinks

    Thanks – I don’t know how to do that but I changed the permalink structure and that seemed to work. All set.
