Subpage 404 Errors

    I have a site that is using the standard created Events page at /events/ and then we have tried to create some more info pages using that as a parent page, such as /events/annual-events/

    However, these sometimes go 404 and the only thing that helps is manually deactivating and re-activating the EM plugin.

    Has anyone seen this error before and have any ideas how to fix it?

    Did you try to resave permalinks at WP settings > permalinks and/or EM Settings > pages > permalink slugs ?

    if you create a event subpage, after creating a new page, resaving the permalinks may do the trick.

    alternatively, this might be because your theme or another plugin is creating permalink rules that conflict with our event permalinks. you’d need to know how to reproduce this reliably to test out and verify what exactly is causing the problem.
