SUBMITION TIME on Email Notifications?

At the moment, I’m afraid there isn’t an out of the box setting regarding this. You can use the Hidden field to pass the time as a custom value with some coding.

That’s 1st add a Hidden field with “current_timestamp” as the value for the “Custom Value” as shown in the following screenshot:

Once done, the following code should help with passing time in the email notification via the Hidden field when a form is submitted:

add_filter( 'forminator_field_hidden_field_value', function( $value ){
			if( $value === 'current_timestamp' ){
				$value = current_time( 'mysql' );
			}
			return $value;
		} );

The current_time function in the above code adds the time, you can modify it further if needed as mentioned in the following doc:

You can implement the above code as a mu-plugins. Please check this link on how to implement the above code as a mu-plugins:

I’ve checked your form and it looks like it is missing the hidden field for the time stamp:

That’s 1st add a Hidden field with “current_timestamp” as the value for the “Custom Value” as shown in the following screenshot:

That code will only work with that hidden field.
