submit / upload article plugin

is there a plugin or php code that i can integrate into wordpress, so that i can have guest users submit or upload a topic/article. im thinking of something like a moderated comments style – have it approved or denied by me, or no moderation at all… this way i can have other things to do aside from blogging and updating my site everyday…
