(it’s just a very simple contact form with no much options).

thanks for ur reply, but i have another problem i can’t see the tickets at back end, its notified me that there are 3 tickets but its blank page,
im using os v1.9.6.

more one question about contact form, can i editing in the files??
v1.9.6 isn’t currently supported yet, we are still working on adding support for it.
Contact form doesn’t have file option (as it’s really meant as a contact form, once user is registered the create ticket has the attachment option but it doesn’t work for 1.9.6 and 1.9.5.1 yet.)
