Hi there, this question seems unrelated to conditional fields. Please post it on the Contact Form 7 support forums: https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/contact-form-7/

Totally understand. It’s my fault. When I’m not too busy I tend to answer question that are not related to this plugin. However, I shouldn’t do that here because the correct forum for these kind of questions is the CF7 forum.

Okay you’re right, it’s just that no one answer me on the CF7 forum… So i’m looking everywhere lol. Thanks anyway
You might want to look into questions about custom form validation for CF7. The trick would be that you include an email fields in your form and save it to the database after submit. Then during form validation check to see if the email address was already saved in the database, and invalidate the form based on that. The principle is rather simple, but you need to have a bit of programming experience to make this happen. If you are not a developer I would recommend you to hire one.
