Submit Testimonials Form Not Working

    Hey guys,

    So I’m having an issue with my sites that use the Easy Testimonials Pro plugin. I’m trying to get the Submit Testimonial Form to appear on my reviews page and all I’m getting is the shortcode appearing. All plugins on the site are up to date. WordPress is completely up to date.

    It’s not just one site – there are multiple sites that are only showing:

    [submit_testimonial]

    What can I do to fix this?

    Hey @charrabennett!

    As this is a Pro question, please send any follow-ups to “hello@goldplugins.com” — these forums are intended for the Free version of the plugin.

    As of version 3, the Pro features are contained in a separate add-on.

    For previous customers, an e-mail was sent out on the 11th of July that contained instructions and the needed file to download and install using the WordPress plugin installer. For people who purchased after the 11th, the file would have been available with your purchase receipt.

    You can always download the plugin from the My Account section of our website (https://goldplugins.com/members/). Login to view your purchase history along with a link to download the associated file.
