# Submit Site at WordPress Showcase

 * hello,
 * when i try to submit my site at Showcase, i always got this message:
 *     ```
       Whoops!
   
       We didn't detect WordPress at the given URL. Please submit the URL of a site running WordPress.
       ```
   
 * My site running wordpress, but wordpress.org not say it running wordpress.
 * Can someone help and enlightening me?
 * Thank You

 * If you have done something to try to hide the fact that you’re running WordPress,
   like removing generator tags and such, then it won’t be detectable. The Showcase
   doesn’t go to extremes to try to find out if you’re using WordPress, and you 
   shouldn’t need to hide it in the first place.
