Submit landing page to Salesforce

    Hey,

    I’m hosting a multi-lingual homepage. I created a contact form for every language.
    Now I want to create different landing pages for every language. I need to submit to Salesforce from which landing page a lead comes. Creating a new contact form for every landing page AND every language (with different campaigns in Salesforce) would be very complex soon.

    Is there any smarter way?

    There seems to be no support at all for this plugin. Be it for requests like mine or for bug issues that make this plugin unusable.

    Did you read the FAQs or Other notes? How to do this is covered there with example code.

    This is a community support forum for a free plugin.

    I try to help where I can but I have an agency to run as well. Oh, and we just had baby #3 so I’ve been a bit busy with family time as well.

    If you want a fast and guaranteed answer… premium support is the way to go for that.

    WP.org stopped emailing me new support requests at some point so I’ve been less responsive than I used to be.
