    Is this possible?

I mean I have an admin account who can see all tickets in the backend, but can’t submit a ticket from the front-end.

And I have a user who can submit via frontend but not see tickets in the backend.

Is there a workaround for this? A specific user role that I have missed?

This is the intended behavior. Admins/agents should interact with the admins and users should interact with the front-end.

If you really want admins/agents to be able to post from the front-end, you can set the filter wpas_agent_submit_front_end to true.

    Thanks Julien…

Last problem: the “submit ticket” button isn’t working. It gives an error cause the URL isn’t right anymore. Can you check that as well?

Can you please try to save the plugin settings and try again.

Not working @ Julien. With 3.2.3, the settings page is resetted to default after saving.

I think the issue was due to a bug with options not saving correctly. Could you please update to 3.2.4 and check if it fixes it.
