Submit form once but create two entries

Hi Guys,

I am stuck on something which I know there must be a pretty simple way to do but I just can’t see it, I am hoping somebody here can help me out.

I am using the Caldera plugin to handle registrations for a kids sports team on our website, by this I mean that the parents register their kids. Problem that I am having is what to do when a parent needs to register multiple children. The form goes through a few pages getting the parents contact details etc and finishes off with the child’s details. What I was thinking was then having a button for ‘register another child’, if they click the button it would submit the form and reload on the page where you submit the child’s details while keeping all the parents details in a string, that way that would not have to complete all their details again.

Anybody got any thoughts on how to accomplish this?
