    Hi,
Testimonial submission form only allows logged in users to submit a testimonial. How can I enable not logged in visitors to submit testimonial forms?

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi @taniamadi,

Thank you for reaching out to us!
I just went to your site and was able to submit a testimonial without being logged in.

Does this issue still happen on your end?

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    Hi Mihaela,

I am currently collecting the testimonials via Caldera forms in the front end that’s why you were able to submit it. This comes to me as an email and then I entered the testimonials manually from Strong Testimonials’ backend.
The problem still persists when I use strong testimonial form in the same setup.
Caldera forms submits the form via ajax with or without login. However when I replace the form shortcode in Popup maker to Strong Testimonial’s one, then the form does not submit for not loggedin users.
Ideally I would like to use Strong Testimonial’s form for collection of the testimonials as it is integrated with your front end view, hence makes the life much easier.

    Hi @taniamadi,

Could you please add the form on a test page you can send so I can investigate?
I tried to replicate it on my end but without any luck.

Also please send me a screenshot with your view’s settings.

    Warmly,
    Mihaela

    Hi Mihaela,

I responded to your request via email yesterday. I trust that it found you well. Just incase the test link is https://www.madi.yoga/test/

    Hi @taniamadi,

I just tested the form on that page twice and it worked both times to send a testimonial.
Did you get them? Does it still not work on your end?

    Warmly,
    Mihaela
