# Submit button won't activate

 * I’m trying to set up Event Registration and have it replace an existing event
   management plug-in.
 * I’ve set up an event with the registration functions located below the event 
   information. I’ve set up the event registration fees to be active before the 
   event.
 * When I fill out the registration information and select an item number, the total
   does not calculate and the submit button does not activate. I’ve checked the 
   settings and — and as far as I can tell — have the pages, shortcodes and fees
   set up correctly. Thoughts?

 * Make sure you have at least one of your selected fees as a REG type fee.

 * I believe the fee is set as a REG type fee.
 * On the “Edit Event Cost/Item For” settings page in the “What type of Item/Cost
   is this?” field I have selected the “REG – Registration Attendee” option.
 * Is there another setting I’m missing?

 * Also, in my event list, the fee is listed as “$ REG | Event Registration Fee.”
