Submit button stuck on spinning wheel

I have a peculiar issue. Whenever the submit button is clicked on after filling in form, the spinning wheel is stuck showing on the submit button and there is never a success message showing that the form was submitted.

The form does go through though as the entries and notification emails are coming through. I would like it to notify the user on the form page that the form has been submitted so they don’t keep filling out the form thinking it didn’t submit since it looks like it doesn’t go through. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks
