Submit button only working in some chrome browsers

Problem browsers: when I click “get offer” (submit) nothing happens. No loader, no error messages.

– It works in all other browsers flawlessly except some chromes
– If I change the general CSS options in my theme, it will work (“inherit from theme” does not work whereas “minimal” does work) Theme: Salient
– I suspect it’s a CSS issue, maybe JS but it is unusual that it works on only some chromes while it works on others (mobile vs desktop has no effect)
– Tried refreshing cache, no extensions on problem browsers. All updated to latest versions. No avail.

Try it on yours. Maybe it’s a CSS issue? Maybe it’s a JS issue?
