    Dear basplund347,

Could you please give us link with that form.

I am having the same problem. I created a form using Form Maker but when I press the “Submit” button, nothing happens. Is there a step I have also missed that is preventing the form from being sent to the email I have linked it to? Thank you!

    Dear ceward01,
Your webpage is not opening at all. Please check it.
Please check if you have not put the shortcode in form tag.

I’m also having this problem. The submit button basically reloads my page and takes the user to the top of the screen. Doesn’t submit anything to the ‘Submissions’ upload folder, nor does it send me an e-mail. The weird thing is, it was working. I didn’t touch or change anything, I just went to test it again and realized it no longer works.

    PLEASE HELP!

submitted a test form to myself and have received nothing. How long is it suppose to take to receive the email? or is it not working?

    Dear medcorinc,

We would advise you the same:
First of all please make sure the email is not filtered to the spam or junk email folder.
    – Try using another email address (preferably one with the same domain as your site)
    – WordPress uses PHP mail. Perhaps your hosting does not have sendmail enabled. Please contact your hosting provider.
    – Alternatively, you can use SMTP, which should always work.

You can use this plugin for example: http://wordpress.org/plugins/easy-wp-smtp
Setting up an external SMTP server, such as GMail should work. But GMail requires authentication.

    Mailer: smtp
    SMTP Authentication: yes
    SMTP Security: SSL
    SMTP Port: 465
SMTP Username: your gmail full address
    SMTP Password: your gmail password
    SMTP Host: smtp.gmail.com

    Dear Socialbaz,

Can you see the submissions of the form in back-end when you submit it? Have you set action after submission? If you can see them, most probably your issue is connected only with getting emails.

If you face an issue with the submissions as well and if your Action after submission doesn’t work, please give us (to info@web-dorado.com) admin access to your site, by indicating the forum post link in your email subject. We’ll try to fix the issue as soon as possible.

Hi, I am having a similar issue. The submit button does nothing – its not adding a record to the DB either. Nor does it send an email. Can you please help?
