# Submit button not showing "button" style

 * Hi! I created a Magic Action Box, which we’ve used successfully on one page of
   our site. I just inserted the same box onto another page of our site, and the“
   Submit” button doesn’t have any style to it — it’s just a blank white line with
   the word “SUBMIT” on it. I checked all the settings on the MA box, and everything
   is set up the way I want it, with the proper “submit” button style chosen, etc.
   However, it works great on the first page, but won’t show up properly on the 
   other page!

 * The contact page has a validation error that is causing css styling issues. [](https://validator.w3.org/nu/?doc=http%3A%2F%2Freachyourfullpotentialnyc.com%2Fcontact%2F&showsource=yes&showoutline=yes)
 * The relevant bit to this question is #19. Basically nested `<form>` tags. Not
   sure how you’re adding the action box widget but it looks like the widget is 
   being added inside a form.
 * Solve that and the button style should work properly.
