# Submit Button is not Working

 * I need help on the button. It doesn’t send confirmation emails and it doesn’t
   catch the email. It basically doesn’t work. Can someone please help me.

 * Actually, in my case it does send confirmation emails, but I thought it doesn’t
   check if the user is already subscribed on the mailing list.
 * I found out that this is exactly the way Chimpy works. An existing user will 
   always see the “Thank you for subscribing” message

 * [@all](https://wordpress.org/support/users/all/) : Regarding the Submit button
   is not working, it usually happens due to a conflict (like loading outdated or
   custom versions of jQuery files) with a theme/plugin used on the website. I would
   suggest you to deactivate all plugins and re-activating them one by one to see
   which plugin is causing the problem.

   signs up again, it will show the “Thank you for signing up!” message to them 
   while updating the user details in MailChimp.
