I am the administrator of juniorcoach.org, a non-profit platform that provides tutoring services for children. Our website is built with WordPress. Recently, we discovered that none of the forms on the site are submitting properly.

Could you please help us investigate the issue? The forms were working before, but now submissions are not going through. We have not made any significant changes to the website’s configuration recently.

    Thank you for your support.

    Best regards,
    Eric

    Hi @ghost2025,

It looks like you are using the old shortcode for your forms. Could you please try updating them from [RM_Form id=’X’] to [RM_Forms id=’X’], where X is your form ID?

Let us know if switching to the updated shortcode resolves the issue.

    Thanks for the repsonse

I tried [RM_Forms id=’X’] in the page, it actually stopped showing the forms in the web page, just showing [RM_Forms id=’X’] as plain text there. So it is not working…

    Hi @ghost2025,

Thanks for checking the forms with the new shortcode. Could you please also try creating a new form and check if it works correctly with the new shortcode? This will help us determine whether the issue is limited to the older forms or affects new ones as well, and will assist us in resolving the issue more efficiently for you.

Well I tried to create a new form with id 7, and a new page with  [RM_Forms id=’7’]  and it works this time. Just wondering what’s wrong with previous form ids, I didn’t change those for at least 1.5 years…

    Hi @ghost2025,

Your existing forms were created using the legacy form builder from older versions of RegistrationMagic, which is not compatible with the new shortcode.

Since you are using the Premium version of the plugin, we’ve also shared this information in our response on your support ticket and requested a few additional details from you. Could you please review that ticket and reply at your convenience? This will help us assist you in updating your existing forms.
