    the submit button doesn’t work and it seems disabled, though the plugin test works fine. Any solution?

    Hi @gmelli,
    Sorry for this late reply.
    The page you linked is not submitting any request to MailUp servers. There should be something wrong with the plugin configuration. I recommend you directly write to the MailUp support team, providing the values you have set in the administration page of the plugin.
    An engineer should then be able to go in depth with your specific case and your specific MailUp account.

    Another possible option could be related to a plugin conflict, this could be sorted out by disabling some other plugins and check if something changes.
