# Submit a ticket without login

 * I had successfully installed the Awesome Support Plugin.
 * All good!
 * Now, I want to allow users to submit a ticket without having to Login.
    The reason
   is that I don’t want to have (potentially) thousands of users registered. And
   I want to keep the process a one step one.
 * Ideally, should be able to create a ticket without an account. The user can provide
   an email and a Name and submit a ticket.

 * We do have a guest ticket add-on but it still creates a user account that the
   user will have to use after their firs ticket.
 * The other option would be for you to create a Gravity Form ticket form and use
   our Gravity forms bridge to get the data into Awesome Support. But, again, it
   would still create users in the WordPress users table.
 * You might be better off just creating a new subdomain site for your help desk
   to keep users out of your primary site.
 * Sorry we don’t have anything that can accomplish what you’re asking.
