    I am running the free version and had trouble with the send to admin feature. Now the submissions are not displaying when I select them. The forms show the number of entries, but selecting the submissions option is not bringing anything up. It just defaults to the main dashboard page.

    Thanks for your inquiry.

    Dear user, can you please write which version of the plugin you use?

    If possible please make a screen recording and show us the issue.

    Can you please also write did you have this issue in the past or not?

    As a first step, you can install Health check free plugin and enable troubleshooting mode. It’ll create a session only for you and disable all plugins and themes, now please enable form-maker and see whether the issue persists or not. This will help us to understand whether the issue is connected with a plugin/theme conflict or the problem is in the plugin itself.

    same problem here. I cannot see submissions, and i’ve tried with the Troubleshooting mode, but nothing have changed. I’ve installed the plug-in yeasterday so i think it’s the latest version.

    Dear users,

    Can you please make sure that you use the latest 1.13.60 or 2.13.60 version, if yes and the issue persists, please enable send email option and verify that form actually gets submitted.

    Please also enter form maker > options and make sure that this option is enabled Save data(to database)

    Additionally, please send here the form page link for us to check the issue.
