Could you please check your form and confirm that the “Disable store submissions in my database” option is not enabled in “Settings -> Data Storage” option of the form?
Please also check the current configuration of the “Submissions” option in “Privacy” section of form “Settings” – is it set to “Use default” (which is “forever”) or to “Custom” (and if “custom” what value is configured there)?

Hi Adam,
I have checked the data storage option and that feature is disabled, and the in the privacy section, it is set to default.
The email notifications are coming through, but the data is not showing in the dashboard.

Then it looks that something is preventing submissions to be saved.
It might be a conflict with another plugin.
Can you run a plugin conflict test as shown on the flowchart:

(make sure you have a backup of the site before doing any changes)
