SUBMISSIONS Missing Information

    Someone recently submitted a form through the site and the confirmation email went through so all seems good. HOWEVER, when I go to Submissions, most of the information is missing. Even when I convert it to the CSV, then information is missing from the spreadsheet.

    It wouldn’t be an issue but I need to know if her PayPal payment is Confirmed or “In Progress”. Any help as to how I can see this information?

    Dear Walter,

    Please make a test filling out all fields in your form. If the form has not received specific information from fields it might not appear until someone submits them, e.g. if you gender field and nobody fills it out the Gender column might not appear in the submissions section. Thank you.

    Do you have the same issue? Have you tried the provided option and it didn’t work?
