Submissions-All Not Showing

Hi. I am running a course with students where teachers are set up as “editors,” so that they can approve submissions on the front end (only). I am running BadgeOS 1.4.2.

The submissions queue does not show all the submitted work when filtering by all or by pending — it is only showing some of the submissions. It’s as if there needs to be a “next” at the bottom of the screen or a setting that allows us to list a maximum number that may appear.
