 * How are you supposed to view the forms after submissions? The email only sends
   the message I set up.

 * Hi gbbuggs,
 * You can setup CF7 to send out an email to you when the form is submitted and 
   you can make that email include all of the form fields.
 * You said that the email only sends the message I set up, that is correct. You
   get to include whatever fields you want. An example might be using the tag: [
   mail-123]

 * I can only get it to send to a tag in the post. Why won’t it send directly to
   a email address I manually place into the settings. Ex. [george@gmail.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/submissions-2/george@gmail.com?output_format=md)
   instead of [your-email] which is a tag place into the form.
