Hello, I am having the same issue. Can you please share what I need to do.
Beside that, I’m not even able to see arrows that should be on submenu links.

I’m not seeing any submenu(2nd level menu items) in your website, are you sure that is the same issue?
Can you explain it further?

Replace the mobmenu.js that is inside the js directory by this one below

After that clear the browser cache and test again.

Unfortunately this not helped. Its the same.
Did you made any modifications inside the mobmenu.php ?
I’m asking this because it is suppose to the submenu has a specific class called sub-menu and in yours the class is dropdown-menu and it has a role attribute.
In the left it’s the submenu from my demo site, on the right it’s your site.

It could also caused by the theme or any other plugin.
Let me know so I can give you the most adequate solution.

Submenus not opening
Ξ have the same issue with my site.In pc mode menu has 4 sub menus but in mobile mode only 1.Pls help,

I didn’t change anything in mobmenu.php
Just in case I replaced existing file with original file from the plugin and nothing changed.
