The drop-down should be visible as long as you’re hovering over the parent/top level link. If you send us your URL we can take a look and confim that all is normal.
Yes, that’s true. However, there is no time to be able to pick a choice. Importantly, this is on my iPad Air 2. On my PC, things work ok.
On a touch device, it should stay down. We can inspect if you send a link. Thanks 🙂

On an iPhone 6s using Chrome, the About Us drop-down stays down when I tap the parent item. That should be giving the same results as your iPad, I’m not sure why that isn’t the case.
Your mobile menu, however, isn’t working. Please, try deactivating all plugins not made by SiteOrigin and see if that changes.
Turned off all plugins except 3 SiteOrigin plugins, No change, unfortunately.
At the moment I’m specifically talking about when the menu changes to a mobile menu. That works fine on my laptop but not on my phone. It should work. Is that the menu you were testing with all non-SiteOrigin plugins disabled? Please, also test it with all non-SiteOrigin plugins disabled AND Vantage parent theme running, not the child.
I’ve been doing all the tests on my iPad, I changed to Vantage parent and turned off plugins, No change, Sorry.
