On mobile devices, all menu and submenu items are displayed together, beneath the ‘Menu’ button. How can menu / submenu functionality be achieved on mobile devices (without a plugin)?

Thank you, sinip, for your recommendation. I did post it as you suggested. It’s helpful to know this is a theme related issue. Is there a way of deleting this topic?
