I have a WP blog at domain.com/blog. I want to create a subdomain and have the URL’s be blog.domain.com.
The instructions I’ve found assume that I will need to move files from one place to another. But my understanding is that when I create the subdomain, there will be a folder called “blog” in my public_html folder. I already have a “blog” folder in there, where the blog already currently lives. So isn’t it true that the files themselves will stay exactly where they are?
What will need to be changed? The URL in WP settings and .htaccess?
