I’d like to help you if I can.

You mention that you’ve tried some solutions and they aren’t working.

What are the results you’re looking for and what errors are you experiencing. Let me know some more details and I will see what I can find out for you.

I havent tried it myself so far, but I think you may not create a new folder when you create the subdomain.

Choose “create or select a folder” and select “/” (if your wordpress installation is in the root of your domain).

I had a shared hosting account with GoDaddy. I don’t believe the plugin works with a shared hosting account. I upgraded to a server, made a wild card subdomain in cpanel (*.yourwebsite.com), and then it worked.

Hopes this helps. Unfortunately, servers are more pricey. You may be able to get the wildcard subdomain cheaper somewhere else.
