# Subdomain problem

 * Hi,
 * Just for the record I’ve been trying to find this info for about an hour before
   I came here.
 * I currently have WP installed on [http://domain.com/blog/](http://domain.com/blog/)
   but I wanted to set-up a subdomain for the blog.
 * I set up a subdomain through my host, [http://sub.domain.com](http://sub.domain.com),
   and I directed it to the folder domain.com/blog
 * When I set this up I get a 500 error.
 * > [Fri Jul 17 11:15:12 2009] [error] [client 72.2.16.10] Request exceeded the
   > limit of 10 internal redirects due to probable configuration error. Use ‘LimitInternalRecursion’
   > to increase the limit if necessary. Use ‘LogLevel debug’ to get a backtrace.
 * What do I have to do to get it to work?

 * Hi, I appreciate the input but the first one does not apply to me, I’m not moving
   my WordPress.
 * As for the second one it doesn’t work
