    Site 1 is okay: http://www.soest.hawaii.edu/HMRG/cms/
    Site 2 not okay:http://www.soest.hawaii.edu/HMRG/cms/umc/

Problem:(hopefully I'm just looking at this problem too closely)
All new pages created under this site(2) are not fully loading. example:
    Debug log:
    All old pages load correctly.

Admin side and old pages work for both sites.
Site 1s new pages load correctly.
    Changed theme background.
Added and deleted http://wordpress.org/extend/plugins/xml-google-maps/ network wide.

    My troubleshooting thus far:
Disabled, deleted, reinstalled, and such for plugin Quick Cahche.
    Changed permalinks. Result nothing.
Deactivated and reactivated blog, plugins, and such. Result nothing.
Restored to earlier wp-config and .htaccess. Result nothing.
Created new site. site and theme works fine with all pages and plugins.

  2. When pages are partially rendered one tends to look towards validation. Or making sure that the theme isn't calling plugins that are non-existant or disabled.

Silly questions. Have you tried with the default theme on that site?

Did you make any changes to your theme for that site? CSS? Custom mu-plugins?

Thanks for the response. I tried site 2(the problem site) with a different theme(default wordpress theme) and the new pages are created and displayed just fine.

As for the theme I'm using I've made several changes to the CSS. Both sites share the same theme so thats why its strange to me. No custom mu-plugins.

Thanks again. Any help is greatly appreciated.

Update 2. I've gotten new pages to show background, header, and top nav just by turning off easy fancybox plugin.

Still can't get everything to load.

Update 3. Disabled widget logic plugin network wide. Page loaded fully. But I need widget logic for my other sites and pages. So yeah haven't had a problem with it before. Not sure where to go from here.

  5. Ooooh.

Check your widgets. You may have a bad PHP call on one of your widgets on the bad site.

    Wow. Thanks mate.

Turns out the new pages were breaking with my theme because there isn't a default widget in my primary sidebar. I put a blank text widget in the sidebar and they load now.

It might of always been broken like that and I never noticed because I had always assigned a menu widget to the page until recent testing. Thanks again.
