Subdirectory Blogs themes are not loading

i found out solution for above Problem; when i saw all my 10 subdirectory blogs one was not visible

so i went to NETWORK ADMIN
then run upgrade network and it was failing on one blog.
ERROR MESSAGE

Warning! Problem updating . Your server may not be able to connect to sites running on it. Error message: A valid URL was not provided.
—————–
as i was having 10 blogs i run UPGRADE NETWORK at once

http://mynation.net/wp-admin/network/upgrade.php?action=upgrade&n=10

and it said ALL DONE

and above “wp_no_robots” ERROR is gone.

and my actual problem of sub blogs theme failure still continued.

i also have bbpress [ http://advice.mynation.net ] that works superb

i moved my site almost 10 times to different webprovider but never faced problems like this.

may be its BUG in 3.3.1

i added these 4 lines to wp-config and its working fine at last

define(‘WP_SITEURL’,’http://mynation.net’);
define( ‘WP_CONTENT_URL’, ‘http://mynation.net/wp-content’);
define( ‘WP_CONTENT_DIR’, $_SERVER[‘DOCUMENT_ROOT’] . ‘/wp-content’ );
