Subcategory without parent category in URL

    Hi
    For my purpose I want to have categories and subcategories on my site.
    But, I don’t want category to be in final URL. What I mean :
    Inner Structure:
    Category: Music
    Subcategories: Rock,Pop,Rap.
    And what I want in final:
    /////main page of mydomain.com//////
    Music (ref = mydomain.com/music/)
    Rock (ref = mydomain.com/rock/ , not mydomain.com/music/rock)
    Pop (ref = mydomain.com/pop/, not mydomain.com/music/pop)
    etc.
    ////////////////////////////////////
    And all posts, no matter in which category they are, must be :mydomain.com\2014-rock-hits
    Is it possible? I’ve tried searching web, but no luck.
