Subcategories not showing as in Admin panel

WordPress version: 4.2.4
Plugin version: 1.7.4

I expected the plugin to do this: As shown in demo, i expected subcategories to show under their categories. Demo doesn’t say it’s pro feature, seriously I spent hour adding products and now it doesn’t show subcategories properly. This is bug, not pro feature. It is a very basic thing. I organize categories and subcategories in admin menu and I expect it to show it that way in front end, right? But it doesn’t work, I don’t need pro features, please tell me how to fix this.

Instead it did this: http://dafasta.lt/nauja/wpccategories/dazai/ it shows categories and subcategories in random order, all products link doesn’t work, I use %postname% structure.

Here’s what I’ve tried so far: Looked for the answer, All I found was “buy pro”, well maybe it is time to fix it properly, please? The demo shows it working properly and after 6 hours of adding products it doesn’t.

Please help me fix this without “buy pro” argument. Spending 30$ to show subcategories is a little bit of overkill. I can donate 10$ to you if you fix this for me. Thanks.
