# Subcategories

 * I am using Yoast SEO Plugin with the latest WordPress & WooCommerce installation.
 * WooCommerce uses taxonomy product_cat and post_type product. I use sub categories
   for organization.
 * Desired Result:
 * URL 1: website.staging.wpengine.com/category/landing-page/
 * This is a product_cat with images of sub categories, products, descriptions, 
   it’s perfect and I use display post type: both
 * The Issue.. when we get to a sub category: website.staging.wpengine.com/category/
   landing-page/product_cat/
 * ^^landing-page is a woocommerce sub category.
 * I would like to have it like this: website.staging.wpengine.com/category/product_cat/
 * What are my options?
 * The last thing I want to do is add another plugin. is there a setting I can use?
   The Permalink Settings for the Product category base is category which I like.
 * What file can I edit to get my desired result for sub categories? Is there just
   a setting that I am missing?
