# Sub Questions?

 * Is there a way to make some questions secondary or follow up questions to others
   on the form? For instance, if you look at the page listed below, we’ve been listing
   them as question 5, then 5.1, 5.2, etc. Is there an easier way to have a ‘parent
   question’ or something along those lines? Thanks in advance 🙂

 * Perhaps the best way to do this is to separate the form to sections. You can 
   add section breaks, then move the fields around them.

 * Alternatively, you are able to make the form multi-page by adding page breaks
   to the form. Here’s an example:
