 * I am trying to make my sub navigation into a block just like when you hover over
   a menu item and the sub menus are in a solid color block.
 * I have my sub navigation where I want it, just not in the correct appearance.

 * I have it in the position that I want, just not how I want it to appear. When
   you hover over the button with a sub menu, the header expands with the sub menu.
   I want the header to stay the same size and the sub menu to essentially appear
   in a box.
