That’s more a result of the errors you’re getting *before* seeing the one above (screenshot at: http://cld.wthms.co/sT2C/5zKv2o8G)

Are you getting the same when deactivating the *Woo Food Menu* plugin?

    Thanks for reply Riaan.

The screenshot has a problem, cant see except for ‘OOPS something went wrong’.

I tried deactivating woo food menu, but still the same issue, Uncaught TypeError: jQuery(…).chosen is not a function..

WooCommerce no longer uses the chosen library for selects. One of your plugins or the theme needs to update to use select2 or include chosen themselves.

Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Sixteen Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

Then you can contact those plugin/theme authors about the conflict issue.

Thanks everyone for your help! The issue has been solved by upgrading the theme to the latest version, which also upgraded woocommerce.
