Hi @mesterkim I just did a test, and my test site running Twenty Fifteen is correctly showing a sub-menu, as you see here:

Could you please visit Appearance > Menus at https://missb.dk/wp-admin/nav-menus.php and take a screenshot so I can see the whole menu, as well as the Menu Settings area below it? If you can’t fit it all into a single screenshot, please take a couple, so I can be sure to see the entire page. You can use https://snipboard.io or any other tool you prefer.

I also forgot to mention that I don’t see your sub-menu on a laptop computer either, so it doesn’t seem like the issue is specific to mobile.

Hi Kim, uploading isn’t possible directly in the forum, but you can either upload it to your Media Library and share the URL here, or use https://imgur.com/, https://snipboard.io, or any other tool you prefer, and share the link generated there so I can see your screenshot.

Hi @mesterkim – thanks for the screenshot. I’ll also need to see the Menu Settings area, as I need to confirm whether your menu has been assigned to the theme’s menu location.

    It should look like this:

    Thanks for the screenshot!

That’s very odd, and I’m unable to recreate the problem on my test site running Twenty Fifteen.

The submenu is present in the code as you can see below, but clicking the Keramik item isn’t triggering the submenu to be displayed, as it should.

    Keramik

Sometimes a plugin conflict causes this sort of issue. To rule that out, I’d suggest checking whether the issue is present with all your plugins temporarily deactivated. You can use the Health Check plugin’s troubleshooting mode for this, which will not change your live site – https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/

A new observation. When in portrait mode on Ipad, and activating the head menu item “Keramik”, and then switchin to landscape mode in the same browser session, and then activating a sub menu item such as “Køkkenstenstøj”, you can also activate the other sub menu items. Still in Landscape mode, and reactivateing the head menu item “Keramik”, the sub menu items disapears.

Alright. I’d definitely suggest some plugin conflict troubleshooting, as I suggested yesterday. If the problem goes away with plugins temporarily inactive, you can reactivate them one by one, re-checking the site in between, to find the culprit.

Let me know how it goes.
